Hizbullah Baryal — Co-Founder and Executive Director
Originally from Afghanistan, he arrived in the United States in August 2022,
demonstrating courage and determination in the face of challenging circumstances.
These experiences have shaped his strong dedication to empowerment, inclusion, and
strengthening educational communities. His professional work and volunteer leadership
are driven by a passion for creating meaningful opportunities that uplift individuals and
communities.
Hizbullah holds an MBA in Management from Kardan University and a bachelor’s
degree in human resource development from Maryam University. He combines
academic rigor with practical leadership experience, approaching challenges
strategically while fostering collaboration and organizational growth.
Beyond his professional life, Hizbullah values the energy of shared experiences. He
enjoys action-packed films, engaging novels, and team activities that bring people
together. He believes that teamwork, much like music, thrives on rhythm, harmony, and
collective effort.
Creativity also plays an important role in his life. Whether cooking diverse meals or
organizing impactful initiatives, he appreciates the artistry involved in connecting
people. He enjoys bowling, cricket, and pickleball — activities that blend strategy, skill,
and camaraderie.
