Deputy Executive Director,
Upasana Chauhan serves as Deputy Executive Director of Man Up Campaign and as Chief Administrative Officer and focal point for the organization’s ECOSOC delegation. She advises on girls’ and women’s education across India, Kenya, and Bangladesh, and serves as a Senior Mentor with Youth World Leadership in Mexico. She is the founder of Superwoman Next Door and a featured storyteller at World Pulse.
She serves on the Interagency Youth Network working group convened by UN Women. She served on the Coalition Committee of NYC4CEDAW in the effort to pass the CEDAW bill for New York City.
A STEM graduate, she brings a scientist’s discipline to advocacy — and the conviction that a girl’s education is the highest-return investment any economy makes.
